Too often, professional development in the dog world can feel rushed, overwhelming, or focused on the what instead of the why.
Many canine professionals are looking for more than just CPD hours. They're seeking community, inspiration, space to think critically, and learning that prioritises both science and soul. Add to that the challenge of finding environments that are neurodivergent-friendly, emotionally safe, and accessible, and it's easy to see why so many people in the dog world feel burnt out, isolated, or stuck in surface-level learning cycles.
Inside Out is here to change that.
Hosted at Hartpury University, this immersive symposium brings together trainers, behaviourists, veterinary professionals, and educators for a day of meaningful learning, discussion, and connection. It is carefully curated and values-led, designed to give you the time, space, and quality of education you have been craving, without the overwhelm.
With expert speakers, smaller breakout sessions, flexible learning spaces, and acres of calm green space on site, this event was created with your wellbeing and professional growth in mind.

Deeper insight into canine behaviour and neurology

Practical tools you can integrate immediately

Conversations and connections with professionals who truly get it

A renewed sense of purpose and confidence in your approach

Knowledge that actually means something, because it will shift the way you think
Time and space to reflect, regulate, and reconnect with why you do this work
